Job Description

The Role
As Sales Manager you play a crucial role in the continued growth of our NonFood Retail division. You are responsible for strategically managing and expanding our key accounts in the DACH region. With your sharp commercial insight and customerfocused approach you know how to build and leverage longlasting partnerships. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and internal teams such as Purchasing and Operations to ensure that our clients are not only satisfied but that their expectations are consistently exceeded.

What You Will Do:
    Actively develop and expand your market and client base focusing on sustainable growth and strategic collaboration.
    Identify commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete actions to strengthen our market position.
    Collaborate with the Head of Sales to shape and execute our commercial strategy ensuring growth targets are achieved.
    Work closely with the Purchasing and Operations departments to optimize client processes and ensure topnotch service levels.
    Leverage your market insights and customeroriented approach to contribute to the development of new solutions that perfectly align with our clients needs.
 


Qualifications :

Who You Are
A passionate Sales Manager who focuses not only on hitting targets but also on building sustainable client relationships. You have a keen eye for commercial opportunities and know how to turn them into results. With your persuasive and communicative skills you are the crucial link between our organization and our clients.

What You Bring:
    Relevant commercial experience preferably in the Retail sector.
    A proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.
    Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
    Fluency in the German language with strong proficiency in English.
    An energetic and proactive attitude with the ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
    Flexibility and the drive to thrive in a dynamic international environment.
