Overview
The Emergency Medicine MBBS with ICU Exposure plays a pivotal role in the healthcare system providing immediate medical care to critically ill patients. As a frontline medical professional this position demands swift decisionmaking skills indepth medical knowledge and the ability to handle diverse and highpressure medical emergencies. The healthcare provider will work closely with a multidisciplinary team in both the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit to ensure the best patient outcomes. This role is essential to delivering timely interventions lifesaving treatments and comprehensive care while promoting recovery and overall wellbeing. The individual will be responsible for managing acute health crises stabilizing patients and facilitating transitions to ongoing care for conditions ranging from trauma to complex medical emergencies. Thus the candidate must exhibit high levels of professionalism dedication and resilience in this fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments in the emergency setting.
- Stabilize critically ill patients and provide immediate intervention.
- Administrate medications and therapies in ICU settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
- Manage airway and respiratory needs of patients.
- Monitor vital signs and react promptly to changes.
- Perform resuscitation procedures as required.
- Document patient care and treatments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans.

- Participate in rounds and contribute to patient care planning.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state.
- Completion of residency in Emergency Medicine or similar field.

- Proven ability to manage crises and critical conditions.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacology and resuscitation methods.
