Job Description

Overview

The Hospital Administration MBA role at our healthcare facility in Gharuan Punjab is a pivotal position that combines the principles of healthcare management with business acumen to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of hospital operations. This role is designed for candidates who possess a deep understanding of healthcare systems and strong leadership skills required to oversee various departments within the hospital. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hospital operations ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective hospital policies and procedures.
  • Manage financial budgets and monitor expenditures and revenues.
  • Ensure that the hospital s quality of care meets established standards.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to optimize resource utilization.
  • Implement datadriven decisionmaking processes for operational improvements.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance their professional skills.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of hospital staff and departments.
  • Work with external stakeholders to maintain hospital accreditation.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for service development.
  • Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the hospital is equipped with the necessary medical supplies and staff.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare administration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Proven managerial and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Knowledge of patient care management systems.
  • Certification in healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and health management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Punjabi/Hindi is preferred.
