Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience with a strong background in ServiceNow implementation IT Service Management (ITSM) and system integrations. This role involves designing developing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules applications and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work on integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST APIs SOAP and other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment ensuring optimal performance.
- Document development processes configurations and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs and SOAP.
