Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Engineer with 46 years of experience to join our team. This role involves solving complex challenges building highquality scalable systems and bringing innovative ideas to strengthen our tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science a commitment to creating secure and usercentric products and a track record of working on complex systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop userfocused scalable and sustainable frontend applications from the ground up.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to bring architectural enhancements improve reliability and implement best practices.
- Ensure robust integration with backend architecture involving APIs databases and infrastructure.
- Drive technical roadmap initiatives including adopting new practices and architectural improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Own and manage the technical direction for frontend components ensuring they align with overall product and company objectives.
- Champion code quality security and performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field; a deep passion for computer science is essential.
- 46 years of industry experience solving complex problems from scratch.
- Prior experience managing and improving complex systems in a scalable and reliable way.
- Strong foundation in serverside architecture including APIs databases and systems infrastructure.
- Proven ability to contribute to and lead technical improvements to strengthen the tech stack.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.
