Job Description
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP BRIM CI solutions to meet business requirements and improve billing processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP BRIM CI module to align with business needs and industry standards.
- Conduct detailed analysis and design of processes related to billing invoicing and revenue management.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP BRIM CI functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BRIM CI modules ensuring efficient billing operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Extensive experience with SAP BRIM CI implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of billing invoicing and revenue management processes.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP BRIM CI modules.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience with integration points between SAP BRIM and other SAP modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
