Job Title: SAP CRM Technical Consultant
Locations: Bangalore Hyderabad Gandhinagar
Experience Range: 515 years
Compensation:per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our team in Bangalore Hyderabad or Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with a focus on technical development and customization to enhance customer engagement and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and development of SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer relationship processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements translating them into effective SAP CRM solutions.
- Develop and customize SAP CRM components including BAdIs user exits and enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CRM modules ensuring optimal system performance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Document technical specifications configurations and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with SAP CRM technical development and support.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and CRMspecific development tools.
- Experience with SAP CRM middleware and data exchange processes.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
