Job Description

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (SFONB) Consultant
Locations: Bangalore Hyderabad
Experience Range: 515 years
Compensation:per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (SFONB) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions focusing on enhancing the onboarding process and improving new hire integration and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions to streamline onboarding processes and enhance new hire experience.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP SFONB solutions.
  • Configure and customize the SAP SFONB module to meet business needs focusing on onboarding workflows task management and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and design of onboarding processes related to new hire orientation documentation and integration.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SFONB functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SFONB modules ensuring smooth onboarding operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SFONB configurations and business processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and new hire integration strategies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SFONB modules.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
