Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (SFONB) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions focusing on enhancing the onboarding process and improving new hire integration and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions to streamline onboarding processes and enhance new hire experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective SAP SFONB solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP SFONB module to meet business needs focusing on onboarding workflows task management and reporting.
- Conduct thorough analysis and design of onboarding processes related to new hire orientation documentation and integration.
- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SFONB functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SFONB modules ensuring smooth onboarding operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SFONB configurations and business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and new hire integration strategies.
