Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Offshore
Locations: Bangalore Hyderabad
Experience Range: 515 years
Compensation:per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage offshore projects from our locations in Bangalore or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams managing resources and ensuring project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage offshore projects ensuring successful delivery within scope budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives deliverables and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones resources and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in project management with a focus on offshore projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Asana).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
