Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of responsive and interactive web applications using React.js. Your expertise will play a key role in transforming design concepts into highquality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- FrontEnd Development: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn design mockups into responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
- Code Optimization: Write clean efficient and reusable code to ensure the performance scalability and maintainability of web applications.
- Ownership: Take full ownership of solutions from conception to completion managing complexity while engaging with stakeholders to consider success metrics and API ergonomics.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers helping them navigate complex challenges and supporting their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a React.js Developer demonstrated by a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) HTML CSS and the React.js framework.
- Solid understanding of frontend build systems version control (Git) and testing frameworks.
- Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.
- Ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers providing valuable insights and support in their development.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the capability to manage complexity and deliver highquality results.
