You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are on the lookout for a Senior Manager BRIM Order to Cash to join the Finance Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
In the Finance Systems O2C department the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SAP BRIM architecture particularly the CI module proven leadership skills and the ability to lead enable and develop a diverse team. As a key player you will be expected to bridge the gap between technical experts and senior leadership offering insights into technical integrations and presenting solutions with confidence at both senior management and technical levels.
Design & Ownership: Define the overall SAP BRIM architecture ensuring it is scalable flexible and aligned with business needs while balancing the requirements of harmonization and localization. You will take ownership of the architecture and ensure that it supports longterm growth and adaptability.
Drive Innovation: Lead the BRIM area with a focus on fostering innovation and driving improvements. Ensure that the solutions we build stay ahead of industry standards and continue to evolve with emerging technologies.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of new companies to the system. This includes capacity planning roadmap creation and ensuring that each new integration follows BRIM standards and is executed smoothly.
Knowledge Management: Conceptualize and implement robust and sustainable documentation practices for the DH solution. Ensure that comprehensive documentation is part of every implementation allowing for easy future updates and training.
Stakeholder and Team Management: Lead and manage key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Organize and structure teams to deliver maximum value ensuring effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders. Focus on aligning people organizational structure and technology to meet business goals and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications :
Strong SAP BRIM Knowledge: Extensive experience with SAP BRIM particularly the CI module and a proven track record of leading projects using SAP solutions.
Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable develop and strengthen a diverse team. You should be comfortable with providing direction while empowering your team to grow.
Perspective Shifting: Ability to switch between discussing detailed technical solutions with developers and presenting highlevel solutions to senior management executives and solution architects.
Technical Integration Understanding: Deep understanding of technical integrations with the ability to connect technical requirements with business needs.
Project Management Expertise: Proven capabilities in managing projects using agile classic and hybrid project methodologies. Skilled in executing SteerCo meetings supporting stakeholders in decisionmaking processes evaluating alternatives and providing insights. Able to anticipate challenges mitigate risks and ensure projects remain aligned with timelines and overall vision avoiding any deviations.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
