Home Credit India Finance is Hiring for the TeleCollections Team Leader Position

Job description
Role & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of TeleCollection agents to meet performance targets.
2. Ensure team adherence to process guidelines and achieve set KPIs.
Handle agent queries monitor performance and ensure efficient team functioning.
3. Manage team rosters attendance and login hours.
4. Focus on minimizing attrition and enhancing team engagement.
5. Develop and implement strategies for effective manpower handling and scheduling.
6. Monitor agents login hours and performance metrics to drive productivity.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Team Handling and Motivation
2. Attrition Rate Management
3.Effective Rostering and Manpower Management
4.Monitoring Login Hours and Ensuring Productivity
5. Shrinkage Control

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Leader role (any process/vertical).
2. Graduate degree is a must.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.

Shift Timings:

Available shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Salary:

Team Leader (TL) 30000 CTC (26500 after deductions).
Includes ESIC and PF deductions.
