Job Description

Overview

The Telecalling/BDE/Sales role is essential for driving revenue and expanding the customer base for our organization. This position plays a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients understanding their needs and effectively communicating our product offerings to meet those needs. As a Telecaller or Business Development Executive (BDE) you will be responsible for initiating contact with leads through phone calls emails and other communication channels fostering relationships that will convert prospects into loyal clients. This not only contributes significantly to our overall sales targets but also enhances our brand reputation by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for engagement followup and closure of sales ensuring that our targets are consistently met. Your ability to connect with people and convey the value of our products is crucial in this fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and initiate conversations.
  • Present and promote our products/services to new and existing customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and engage with prospects to drive sales.
  • Conduct followups on leads generated through various sources.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product line and market trends.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for retention.
  • Generate reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Attend training sessions and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective lead generation strategies.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and initiatives to boost sales.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all communications.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Prior experience in using CRM software is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with the industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resultsdriven with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain resilience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours if required.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • A positive attitude and urgency to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
