Overview
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing content that effectively communicates the organizations message to its audience. Key Responsibilities
- Design and create engaging graphics for digital and print media.
- Edit and produce highquality videos for promotional and educational purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects) effectively.
- Develop branding materials including logos brochures and business cards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for graphic design and video editing.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
- Coordinate with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs and edits are errorfree.
- Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback on team members work to foster a collaborative environment.
- Optimize video content for various social media platforms and specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (2 years preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Solid understanding of design principles color theory and typography.
- Familiarity with video production techniques and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
