Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Call Center Executive in Bengaluru. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing customer support service communication working in contact centers related tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Customer Support Customer Service and Communication skills
Contact Center operations experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach
Proficiency in using call center technology and CRM software
Prior experience in a similar role into international Voice Process (US) is a must
Willingness to work on rotational shift
Desired from Ecommerce / Fulfillment Centers or Logistics domain experience
