JD for Human Resources Executive
* Manage endtoend recruitment from sourcing to onboarding to meet company staffing needs also hands on some recruitment portals.
* Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for smooth interview processes.
* Assist in onboarding new hires ensuring a positive and efficient integration experience.
* Maintain employee records with accuracy handling sensitive information confidentially.
* Support payroll processing benefits administration and performance reviews.
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries fostering a supportive HR presence
Coordinate employee engagement training and teambuilding activities.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills; proficiency in HR software.
