Job Description
- Monitor and respond to DMs across various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook etc.) during office hours.
- Provide accurate and professional nutritional advice.
- Engage with our online community in a positive and motivational manner.
- Help prospective clients with inquiries and direct them toward our programs and services.
- Collaborate with our customer service and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Keep track of common questions and provide feedback to improve FAQs and engagement strategies.
- Certified Nutritionist (or relevant qualification).
- Strong passion for fitness and healthy living.
- Experience with social media engagement particularly in fitness and wellness.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to provide personalized empathetic responses to clients.
- Available to work fulltime from the office.
- Experience in customer service or social media management.
- Familiarity with popular fitness and nutrition trends.
- A personal fitness journey or strong advocacy for wellness.
