What Youll Do:
Play a crucial role in our foodora market Management team contributing to strategic direction daytoday decisions and ensuring operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize foodora market operations across Hungary.
Oversee the management of foodora market facilities and lead short mid and longterm strategies to scale foodora Market to a worldclass level.
Ensure timely product delivery to customers meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
Coach and lead the entire Operations team including District Managers Stores Managers and Shift Managers.
Manage budgets costs supply chain and identify costsaving opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from other functions especially Commercial and Logistics to drive business success.
Liaise with our parent company Delivery Heros regional team to ensure alignment.
Qualifications :
- Extensive leadership experience in the grocery or similar industry with a strong understanding of store operations. Ecommerce experience is a big plus!
A university degree in business engineering economics or similar work experience.
5 years of experience in a management role with budget ownership and team leadership.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Hungarian and English both verbal and written.
Experience in startups or scaleups is considered an advantage.
