Job Description

Our client is a fastgrowing IT Services company predominately catering to European markets with domain expertise in Manufacturing Fintech & Healthtech. Its management consulting insights with bestinclass technology solutions to transform the operations of their clients and they have multiple offices in Europe Central Asia America and India. It seeks to provide bespoke technological solutions to its clientele internationally and in India. Their development centre is located in Kolkata and another coming up in Navi Mumbai. It is expert in IT Services provides Strategies for IT requirements which supports by Developing Customising Implementing and Maintaining the clients Business IT Environment. Their spectrum of Solutions broadly includes SAP Services & Microsoft services.

Position: SAP Data Integration and Master Data Mapping Specialist

Overview: The SAP Data Integration and Master Data Mapping Specialist will ensure accuracy consistency and seamless integration of master data from nonSAP applications into SAP systems with a focus on preventing data redundancy and duplication. The specialist will also be responsible for managing field mapping for imported data aligning it with SAP data structures and coordinating with crossfunctional teams to maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality and Integration:

Ensure nonrepetitive master data extraction from nonSAP sources and verify for uniqueness.

Develop and enforce procedures to prevent data duplication during extraction and transfer.

Monitor integration processes to confirm that data meets SAP system standards and is free from inconsistencies.

Master Data Field Mapping:

Design and maintain mapping templates for master data fields from nonSAP systems to SAP.

Ensure accurate and complete field mapping to align external data formats with SAP structures.

Work closely with functional teams to identify and resolve mapping issues.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify key master data needs and discrepancies.

Liaise with external system owners to establish integration specifications and data requirements.

Provide training and guidance on data quality standards and field mapping best practices.

Data Governance:

Participate in data audits to identify data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Reporting and Monitoring:

Regularly report data mapping and quality insights to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Systems or related field.
5 years of experience in SAP data integration master data management and field mapping.
Strong knowledge of SAP master data structures and integration tools (such as SAP Data Services LSMW).
Experience with nonSAP systems integration and data governance principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally.
