Job Description
We are offering a rigorous 6month IT internship programme designed to enhance your technical skills and professional development. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in a dynamic IT environment within the hospitality industry.
As an IT intern you will be expected to:
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hotel IT systems and networks
- Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives
- Conduct thorough analysis of IT processes and suggest improvements
- Participate in the development and implementation of new software solutions
- Support the IT helpdesk in resolving technical issues for hotel staff and guests
- Contribute to the documentation of IT procedures and best practices
- Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies
- Demonstrate a commitment to data security and privacy protocols
- Proactively identify areas for personal growth and seek additional responsibilities

Qualifications :
- Current enrolment in a recognized tertiary institution with official documentation confirming eligibility for internship
- must be persuing a qualification in Information Technology Computer Science oy systems
- Commitment to a maximum 6month internship period without exception
- Demonstrated passion for excellence in service delivery and collaborative teamwork
- Meticulous attention to detail essential for maintaining operational excellence
- Proven track record of determination and resilience in academic or professional pursuits
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
