Job Description
- Participate in a 6month internship program in Front Office or Reservations
- Embrace new ideas and display initiative in daily tasks
- Proactively take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Serve as a role model and share knowledge with colleagues
- Develop healthy professional relationships at all levels
- Focus time and energy on achieving the best results for the hotel and personal growth
- Demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency
Qualifications :
- Candidates must be enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution and are required to provide an official letter confirming eligibility for internship.
- Applicants must be pursuing a qualification in Tourism Management.
- Commitment to a maximum 6month internship program is mandatory.
- Demonstrated passion for service excellence and ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to achieving operational excellence is required.
- Strong determination and drive to succeed in a challenging hospitality environment is crucial.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken is a prerequisite for this position.
