Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels such as WhatsApp
SMS Email and Push Notifications to increase customer engagement and acquisition.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging timing and audience segmentation for
campaigns.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. sales product and creative teams) to align
marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Leverage data analytics tools to extract insights analyze customer behavior and refine
marketing strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive
continuous innovation and improvements.
Work closely with content and design teams to develop creative assets and marketing
materials.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders including key insights and
recommendations for future campaigns.
Use marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with CRM teams to segment audiences effectively and optimize targeting
strategies.

Requirements:
