Minor Hotels is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in a newly created role based in the Brisbane CBD and commencing in February 2025.
Reporting to the Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager you will drive digital campaign planning execution and optimisation while leading customer acquisition strategies across Australia and New Zealand. Your efforts will contribute directly to revenue growth and the success of our brands.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with external agencies to create and manage Google Ad campaigns including SEM metasearch and display advertising.
- Oversee the creation and management of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns in partnership with external agencies.
- Execute and monitor the SEO strategy in collaboration with external agency partners.
- Continuously review and optimise advertising campaigns to achieve target ROAS and other key performance metrics.
- Partner with the Marketing & Brand team to design and execute fullfunnel customer acquisition campaigns across the entire customer journey.
- Manage paid listings on thirdparty websites affiliate networks and media platforms.
- Utilise Google Analytics to track and measure marketing performance focusing on objectives and KPIs.
- Regularly analyse multichannel performance reports (Search Social Ads Email Website) and provide actionable optimisation recommendations to sales marketing teams and agency partners.
- Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits implement A/B testing and gather user feedback to enhance conversion rates across the brands digital channels campaigns and assets.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in performance and digital marketing including analytics gained either inhouse or through an agency.
- Demonstrated expertise in using GA4 Meta and Google ad platforms.
- Strong ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform and optimise marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to understand and navigate complex technical systems ensuring consistently highquality project outcomes.
- Selfmotivated and capable of working independently delivering results while efficiently managing time and resources to meet deadlines.
- A proactive solutionsfocused mindset with a commitment to driving efficiency and process improvements to enhance overall productivity.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable.
