Role Overview
We re looking for an experienced AI and Data Science professional with a passion for education and a commitment to student success. As the Curriculum Head for our Data Science & Machine Learning programs you will design refine and lead curriculum initiatives that bridge the gap between academia and industry ensuring that our graduates are fully prepared to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Leadership: Develop update and enhance curriculum frameworks for Data Science AI and ML programs keeping them aligned with industry standards.
- Outcome Ownership: Take responsibility for students learning outcomes focusing on skill acquisition and jobreadiness.
- AI & Data Science Initiatives: Lead and contribute to inhouse AI and Data Science projects at Masai applying domain expertise beyond the classroom to develop realworld AI solutions and drive innovation within the organization
- Teaching Excellence: Lead by example in teaching methodologies inspire instructors and engage with students through structured mentorship.
- Industry Collaboration: Maintain an active connection with industry to adapt the curriculum for current and future workforce needs.
Requirements
Experience: 5 years in Data Science AI or Machine Learning with demonstrated expertise in relevant tools and technologies.
Education Passion: A strong inclination for education and a belief in the outcomedriven model.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead curriculum development and manage teams with a focus on student success.
