Job Description
We are currently seeking a Fulltime Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Queenstown Shores resort. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.
About the role:
- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Location: 327/343 Frankton Road Queenstown STH 9300 New Zealand
Salary: $29.66$30 (excluding superannuation)

Qualifications :
Successful applicants will have:
- Previous handson building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent workethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
