We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Head with indepth knowledge of labor laws and proven expertise in crafting Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all employees including executivelevel roles. In this role you will oversee HR operations ensure compliance with labor regulations and implement performance metrics to drive productivity and organizational growth. This position is ideal for a seasoned HR professional from the manufacturing sector with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop frameworks that support our workforce and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Law Compliance & Employee Relations:
- Ensure the company complies with all applicable labor laws including wage and hour regulations health and safety standards and employee rights.
- Manage labor relations and handle employee grievances disputes and disciplinary actions in compliance with legal requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for external audits and regulatory inquiries related to labor laws.
- KRA & KPI Development and Implementation:
- Design and implement Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees including executivelevel metrics for the CEO.
- Collaborate with department heads and the leadership team to ensure KRAs and KPIs align with business goals and operational needs.
- Regularly review and update KRA/KPI frameworks to reflect changing business strategies and objectives.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee the performance management system ensuring regular performance reviews appraisals and constructive feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance to managers on performancerelated matters fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify high performers and critical skill gaps implementing strategies for talent development and succession planning.
- HR Policies & Process Development:
- Develop implement and monitor HR policies processes and procedures tailored to the manufacturing industry s unique requirements.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with industry standards and support the companys culture compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies to maintain relevance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee endtoend recruitment and onboarding processes to attract skilled talent that fits organizational needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job roles responsibilities and qualification criteria to meet hiring objectives.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience to help new employees integrate effectively into the company culture.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employees skills productivity and engagement.
- Design and facilitate training on labor laws compliance safety and other critical topics relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Develop leadership training programs to build management skills within the organization.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement recognition programs and initiatives to retain top talent and reduce turnover.
- HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Use datadriven insights to track and analyze HR metrics including turnover employee satisfaction and productivity levels.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities compliance and employee performance to the executive team.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve HR processes performance and overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 810 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations (including OSHA minimum wage working hours etc.).
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing KRAs and KPIs for all organizational levels including executive management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle complex HR issues effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for performance management analytics and reporting.
