Job Description
Excellent fulltime job opportunity with our esteemed client in Mumbai (Andheri East near Metro station) looking for experienced (min. 23yrs) photo editing professional.
Summary This role will be responsible for enhancing and refining images for various projects ensuring that the final product aligns with the clients brand strategy and quality standards. In this role the person will collaborate closely with photographers graphic designers and other stakeholders to curate visually compelling content that effectively communicates the message to the audience. Candidate needs to have minimum 23 years fulltime work experience and excellent in using Illustrator Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Lightroom).
Brief job responsibilities
- Edit and retouch photographs according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to understand the desired vision.
- Ensure color consistency and accurate lighting in all images.
- Utilize advanced software tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image enhancement.
- Create visually appealing composites and graphics as needed.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine photographic edits.
- Maintain digital assets and edited images in an organized manner.
- Prepare images for web and print production ensuring optimal resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends techniques and software developments.
- Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Assist in developing style guides for photo editing standards.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual content.
- Prepare and present edited images to clients or internal teams.
- Conduct quality checks on edited photos to ensure high standards.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Photography Visual Arts or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in photo editing fulltime role.
- Proficiency in Illustrator Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Lightroom).
- Strong portfolio which showcase a range of edited photographs.
- Familiarity with different photography styles and techniques.
- Understanding of print and digital production processes.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detailoriented with a keen aesthetic sense.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and implement feedback.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software is added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Passion for photography and visual arts.
- Knowledge of social media trends and requirements for visual content.
