Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Support endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing engagement initiatives like teambuilding activities events and celebrations to foster a vibrant and connected company culture.
- Employee Grievance Handling: Help maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving grievances in a fair and efficient manner.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building ReBid s employer brand through creative strategies that enhance our visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
- Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training programs workshops and learning initiatives to drive professional growth and development for our employees.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance evaluation processes and tools ensuring regular feedback and continuous improvement.
- Rewards & Recognition: Help design and coordinate employee recognition programs celebrating individual and team achievements to boost morale and motivation.
- People & Culture Projects: Take part in special projects to enhance our workplace culture improve HR processes and contribute to overall employee satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
- A passion for People & Culture and a strong interest in recruitment employee engagement and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive problemsolving attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on delivering highquality results.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Creative thinking and collaboration skills to contribute to employer branding and engagement initiatives.
- Prior internship or exposure to HR people management or recruitment is a plus.
