Job Description

Overview:


The Order Management Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfillment of customer orders. They are responsible for overseeing the endtoend order management process from order entry to delivery and strive to provide exceptional customer service.
Location : BHiwandi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with various internal teams such as sales inventory and shipping to ensure order fulfillment
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Review and verify orders to prevent errors and minimize returns or cancellations
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support regarding order status product availability and shipment tracking
  • Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to schedule and track deliveries
  • Generate and analyze order reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management
  • Participate in crossfunctional projects to enhance order management processes and systems

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in order management customer service or a related role
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate across departments
  • Demonstrated customerfocused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly
  • Knowledge of export/import regulations and trade compliance is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting order data and trends
