Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in cosmetology or beauty therapy preferred.
- Certification in beauty therapy or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and skin types.
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications as per state regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using beauty therapy equipment and techniques.
- A passion for the beauty industry and desire to provide exceptional service.

- Physical stamina and dexterity for performing treatments over extended periods.
