Our client is a leading Lifestyle fashion brand in India . We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead the development execution and optimization of marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with agency experience who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Planning: Develop multichannel creative strategies aligned with business goals and market trends; conduct research and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.
- Creative Execution: Oversee endtoend campaign lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of content digital/social media efforts and event promotions with cohesive messaging.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between marketing sales and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Innovation & Trend Spotting: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness; proactively suggest innovative marketing tactics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field.
- 3 years of creative management experience with at least 2 years in an agency setting.
- Proven track record in managing multichannel campaigns and executing marketing strategies for diverse clients.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager).
- Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Candidates with prior experience in the apparel industry is a must have for this role.
