Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer who can translate business requirements and technical limitations into usercentric designs. The ideal candidate will be adept at user research conducting interviews and surveys and developing sitemaps user flows customer journey maps wireframes mockups and prototypes. The designer should be proficient in ensuring the product s functionality is seamless and continuously refined based on user feedback.
Roles and Responsibilities
Create user flows wireframes mockups and prototypes that result in intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research to gather insights that inform design decisions.
Facilitate the client s product vision through conceptualization and prototyping of user experiences for digital products.
Develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs and business objectives.
Understand product specifications and user psychology to create userfriendly designs. Design and iterate on highfidelity prototypes.
Develop and implement design systems using tools such as Figma and Sketch.
Collaborate closely with developers and participate as a key member of a crossfunctional team to ensure cohesive design and development.
Maintain strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Work flexibly and adapt to multicultural environments and changing project requirements.
Demonstrate a resultsoriented approach embracing challenges with adaptability and resourcefulness.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science IT ECE or related fields (B.Tech/BCA/BE/BSc/M.Tech/MCA/MSc).
Academic Performance: Minimum of 60% across all academic qualifications.
Experience: 23 years in a UI/UX design role.
Skills: Proficiency in Figma Sketch and modern design practices. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage international clients and work effectively under project pressure. Strong understanding of software best practices and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. Must be comfortable with working from the office in Gurgaon.
