About the Role
As an Executive Assistant youll be a pivotal member of our team supporting the efficient operation of our organization. Youll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including planning communication and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executive schedules and calendars.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize meetings conferences and events.
- Documentation: Prepare agendas presentations and meeting materials.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communication including phone calls emails and correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: Draft and prepare documents reports and presentations. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Procurement: Manage procurement processes including sourcing vendors negotiating contracts and placing orders. Track and monitor vendor performance.
- Office Support: Provide general administrative support such as filing photocopying and data entry. Manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 34 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Organization: Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- DetailOriented: Detailoriented and highly organized.
- ProblemSolving: A proactive and problemsolving approach.
