Overview
The Orthopedic Surgeon MS DNB Consultant is a vital member of our healthcare team specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. This role is crucial for delivering highquality patient care through advanced surgical procedures nonsurgical treatments and collaborative decisionmaking. As an expert in orthopedic medicine the consultant will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop patientcentered treatment plans ensuring optimal outcomes for a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostics of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures including joint replacements arthroscopy and fracture repairs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress through regular followups and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists to optimize recovery.
- Provide education and counseling to patients on treatment options and preventive measures.
- Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and orthopedic advancements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior medical staff and residents.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of MS in Orthopedics or equivalent.
- Postgraduate training in Orthopedic Surgery (DNB or recognized equivalent).
- State medical license to practice orthopedic surgery.
- Board certification in Orthopedics (if applicable).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery.
- Proven experience in both elective and emergency orthopedic cases.
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and surgical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
