Job Description

ROLE: Manager Projects

SALARY: As per industry standards

LOCATION: Mumbai / Hyderabad

QUALIFICATION: Diploma or BE / BTech (Electrical / Mechanical)

EXPERIENCE: 10 years

ROLE

Manager Projects is responsible to oversee all the aspects of a project design planning coordination staffing and executing. He / She is also responsible to meet the projects goals on time and within budget. Ensure effective use of labor equipment materials tools subcontracted services and other company resources to perform and complete the scope of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling multiple projects execution and operations.

Track and manage project milestones for timely completion of project as per the project schedule.

Manage the resources and team members required to achieve project goals.

Track actual project cost v/s the budgeted project cost.

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track the same.

Prepare and maintain progress reports mandatory project documents proposals for reference and

approval.

Attend and participate in project related meetings with client and team members.

Carry out project inspection activities to find out loop holes and rectify the same at early stage.

Ensure proper and timely handover of project.

Ensure timely billing (one bill per month) to maintain project cash flow.

Coordination with OEM / Vendor to get the material on time.

Conducting review meeting with the team members allocated for the project and office team

(Procurement Planning and billing).

Coordination with Client / PMC for necessary approvals.

PREFERRED SKILLS

knowledge of MS Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Should be flexible with work

Discipled and quick learner

Basic written and oral English
