Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for substantially building the demand side of each brand/operating entity by planning and implementing sales marketing and communications programs to achieve Group sales targets and branding/positioning objectives.
- Responsible for the brand image and customer engagement across all touch points
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and forecasts
- Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets for each brand/operating entity
- Create and implement a strong community outreach program for each brand/operating entity
- Work well with Group operations departments their control systems and policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Franchisor guidelines and constraints
- Identify and capitalize on PR opportunities for each brand/operating entity
- Participate in new product and pricing planning and execution
- Champion the customer experience and brand image both online and offline
- Plan and oversee all content and advertising across all brand channels
- Represent the Group on public forums at media events and other channels
- Stay abreast of market trends competitive conditions and changing business environment
- Establish and maintain relationships with influencers
- Implement monitoring guidelines pitstops/ checkpoints etc.
- Motivate and lead a highperformance management team
- Foster a successoriented accountable environment within the company.
- Develop maintain and periodically test crisis/major impact event communications response plans for each brand/operating entity
- Provide regular reporting on agreed timelines with MD
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the MD
Requirements:
- Atleast 5 years of relevant experience
- Graduate studies on Business Administration Sales and Marketing Management is preferred
