Job Description
Job Title: Staff Nurse
Location: Narnaul Haryana
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health issues and needs.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Respond to patient calls and provide immediate care.
- Deliver bedside care and comfort measures.
- Record vital signs and perform physical examinations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Support quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the patient care environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Proficient in patient assessment and clinical skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to manage stress and remain calm in emergencies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.
- Willingness to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
