Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager Health Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager Health Sales. The role involves recruiting training and motivating insurance agents to drive the sales of health insurance products. This is a highgrowth opportunity for candidates with a strong background in insurance sales and agency management.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Agent Recruitment:
- Identify approach and recruit potential insurance agents from the open market.
- Build a robust pipeline of agents to expand the team s capacity.
2 Agent Training:
- Provide comprehensive training on health insurance products and sales strategies.
- Conduct regular skill enhancement sessions to improve agent performance.
3 Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Motivate and guide agents to achieve their individual sales goals.
4 Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work on competitive positioning and develop sales tactics to increase market share.
5 Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and productivity.
- Resolve grievances or issues to maintain a motivated team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Preference for candidates with prior Agency Sales experience
Preferred Industry Background:
- Health Insurance
- Life Insurance
- General Insurance
- BFSI (with an interest in Health Agency Sales)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Attractive CTC based on current package and company standards.
