Job Description
Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience Required: 1 years in recruitment preferably in a recruitment consulting firm
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identify source and engage top talent using job boards social media and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Client Coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs job descriptions and cultural fit.
- Manage endtoend recruitment for client requirements ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Interview Process Management
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Collect and provide feedback postinterviews to both candidates and clients.
- Negotiate offers ensuring alignment between client budgets and candidate expectations.
- Database Management
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
- Track hiring metrics such as timetofill and quality of hires.
- Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and hiring practices to provide insights to clients and candidates.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment within a consulting firm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including Boolean searches.
