Job Description

Job Title: Center Head

Location: Siliguri

Overview: The Center Head plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the operations of the center in Siliguri. This role is essential to ensure that the center meets its operational goals while providing highquality services to clients. The Center Head will develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and overall performance. A central figure within the organization the Center Head must be adept at fostering a positive work environment driving employee engagement and aligning the center s operations with the organization s broader objectives. In addition to overseeing daily operations the Center Head will manage financial performance cultivate client relationships and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is critical for maximizing operational efficiency and achieving longterm business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all center operations to ensure efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and increase the center s performance metrics.
  • Manage the center s budget and financial performance.

Required Qualifications:
