The Freight Forwarding Sales Representative is a key player in the logistics industry responsible for driving new business and maintaining existing accounts by providing customized freight forwarding solutions. This role necessitates a deep understanding of shipping and logistics sales strategies and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding market.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and freight forwarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fastpaced environments and changing market conditions.
