In this role you have the opportunity to:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to drive the business strategy and growth of our WealthTech app.
The role involves introducing new financial products such as mutual funds and insurance and driving both topline and bottom line growth.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal finance and a deep understanding of financial instruments as well as the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and collaborate with external partners.
Responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new financial instruments expanding the apps portfolio with mutual funds insurance and other financial products.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase assets under management (AUM) while ensuring scalability in terms of user base and repeat usage.
- Work closely with internal teams (product marketing engineering) to ensure seamless execution and gotomarket strategies.
- Identify negotiate and establish partnerships with mutual fund houses insurance providers and other relevant financial entities.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as timetomarket revenue growth AUM user acquisition and repeat rates ensuring business objectives are met.
- Efficient and timely introduction of new products.
- Increasing topline through expanded offerings and market reach.
- Growth in total assets managed through the app.
- User Acquisition & Retention: Growth in user base and improvement in user retention and engagement.
- Repeat Usage: Increase in repeat transaction rates indicating sustained user activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree from a Tier 1 institution (MBA preferred)
- 810 years of experience in business development product management or a related field within the financial technology sector.
