Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic writer to join our vibrant People Advisory Team. In this role you will play a key part in developing and delivering impactful communication strategies that elevate our and the clients HR initiatives and to educate and engage their employees. This role requires the person to be the voice of our HR expertise crafting written materials that inform inspire and educate.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development: Plan conceptualise and write (not limited to): engaging awareness and sensitisation campaigns articles blogs newsletter creative content presentation decks on various HR and other contemporary topics for diverse audiences as per the requirements
2. Internal Coordination: Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as content creators designers and marketing managers to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives .
3. Ownership and Creativity: Take ownership of client projects and get your creative juices flowing to strategise innovative solutio 4. Research: Conduct secondary research to write compelling and thoughtprovoking copies.
Qualifications
13 years of experience in writing
Solid knowledge of design and internal communication processes
Knowledge of HR experience much desired
