Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the steel industry or a related field and will be responsible for generating new business maintaining existing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company s product offerings including steel grades specifications and industry applications. Provide clients with technical information and product recommendations.
- Negotiations and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Prepare and present proposals quotes and contracts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and emerging opportunities. Provide feedback to management on market conditions and product performance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics. Monitor sales activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in sales or steel industry knowledge is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales within the steel industry or a closely related field. A strong network of industry contacts is advantageous.
