Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone email and inperson.
- Guide students through the application process ensuring they have necessary documentation.
- Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students.
- Assist with organizing recruitment and outreach events.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline processes.
- Provide feedback on student needs and trends in the application process.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote degree programs.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about admission policies and procedures.
- Help develop informational materials and resources for students.
- Engage with current students to gather testimonials and shared experiences.
- Assist in managing social media platforms for student engagement.
- Monitor and report on admissions trends and applicant behaviors.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all prospective students.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategizing recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Education Marketing Business or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of higher education admissions processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in education or counseling is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.

- Availability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
