Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Assist in compiling lists of prospective customers from various sources.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the company s products and services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their needs.
- Follow up on leads and conduct followup calls to nurture relationships.
- Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Ensure all client interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and customer feedback.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
- Track and report on metrics to evaluate effectiveness of telesales efforts.
- Assist in drafting promotional materials and sales scripts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Learn about sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and telesales techniques.
- Experience or coursework in sales marketing or customer service preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
