Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
  • Assist in compiling lists of prospective customers from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the company s products and services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their needs.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct followup calls to nurture relationships.
  • Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Ensure all client interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and customer feedback.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
  • Track and report on metrics to evaluate effectiveness of telesales efforts.
  • Assist in drafting promotional materials and sales scripts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Learn about sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and telesales techniques.
  • Experience or coursework in sales marketing or customer service preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Detailoriented and organized.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Excellent time management skills to balance tasks effectively.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the location of employment.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales or marketing.
