Hiring for BIM Modeler
CTC Upto 12LPA
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/BTech degree with Min 5 years experience in HVAC design.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of HVAC BIM Models with various level of detailing.
- Strong knowledge in Various mechanical systems and layouts
- Generating all kind of mechanical 2D and 3D drawings from the Revit Model
- Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
PREFERRED SKILLS
He should have basic English language skills oral and written at a proficient level.
Use his interpersonal skills to communicate with individuals at all levels internally and
externally.
Show computer proficiency in relations to MS Office (Excel) & software (SAP Salesforce) programs as required to accomplish his responsibilities.
Excellent Knowledge of Preparing all types of MEP BOQsElectrical HVAC Firefighting and
low voltage.
