Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Salary: Up to 30000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customerfocused Customer Support Executive to manage and resolve customer queries ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problemsolving skills the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently and experience in managing endtoend customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers addressing queries and providing timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production logistics and sales to resolve product delivery issues or delays.
- Monitor and track customer orders to ensure ontime and accurate delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions inquiries and resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze and escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service account management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Problemsolving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Bachelors degree in any field is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes is an added advantage.
