Job Description
Provide technical support to customers during product design development and testing.
Assist customers in integrating Renesas products and understanding specifications.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify needs and offer technical solutions.
Conduct technical presentations training and demonstrations.
Act as a technical liaison relaying feedback to internal teams.
Troubleshoot customer applications and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications :
Masters degree or above in Electronics Engineering Automation Computer Science Power electronics and related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively establish longterm partnerships with clients.
Possesses market insight and strong logical analysis skills enabling the collection of client needs and the provision of solutions.
Goaloriented with strong selfmanagement and learning abilities.
Proficient in English listening speaking reading and writing skill
