Job Description
Job Title: Ecommerce Executive
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Salary:per month
Employment Type: FullTime OnSite
About the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented Ecommerce Executive to oversee and manage our online sales operations across various ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will handle product listings inventory updates customer queries and order processing while ensuring smooth functioning and maximum visibility of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product listings on platforms like Amazon Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product descriptions images and pricing across all platforms.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates.
- Process and track orders ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical issues.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends customer behavior and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Optimize ecommerce operations for better performance including SEO for product listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest ecommerce trends and tools to enhance the company s online presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing platforms like Amazon Flipkart or other online marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts related to ecommerce is a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in any relevant field preferred.
